DNA Extraction Kit for Plants

The process involves a prefiltering step, which effectively removes non-lysed plant material. Subsequent binding with a novel binding buffer to a spin-filter column and elution to a tube, enables fast and easy purification of DNA, which can be used directly in downstream applications or stored for later use.

One kit is sufficient for 50 DNA extractions and contains:

- lysis buffers
